If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition of Products

For safety and quality reasons, all nutraceuticals and supplements must be returned unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on opened, partially used, or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged).

Refunds & Return Shipping

Refunds will be processed once returned products are received and inspected.

Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Third-Party Purchases

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through Apicella Health. Products obtained through third-party resellers or fulfillment services are not eligible.

Supplier Fulfillment

Most of our products are fulfilled by Kaerwell and sourced from professional manufacturers such as Xymogen. Some returns may require us to follow their guidelines. Our support team will walk you through the process as needed.
